RETURN POLICY

We want your shopping experience at DealBola to be one that you’ll always remember! We know that shopping online can sometimes be a gamble because you’re not able to try stuff on, and because of that fact, we have tried to make our return policy as easy as possible.

We hope that you love each item that you receive, but if you’re not completely satisfied we’re here to serve you with an easy return process.

As soon as you receive your package from us, please take a look over it. If you believe that you have received a defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Return and exchange procedures and rules:

  • Items can be returned for exchange or full refund to your credit card. Value of the exchange or refund is for merchandise only, shipping not included.
  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the date that your order was shipped.
  • All returns must be un-worn, un-washed, and all tags must still be attached to the garment.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake made on our end.
  • Any sale item that is purchased is FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Because we only have a limited number of each perfect piece that we put online, we cannot always ensure an exchange.  Luckily, we feel your pain and love our clothes just as much, and we will issue you a credit to your card as soon as we possibly can! If we do end up having the right size and style that you are needing, we will process that exchange for you right away.  No worries!  Our customer service team will be in touch with you throughout the exchange process to help you find that perfect piece.
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it makes it back to our warehouse. You will receive notification when the credit has been placed on your card or your new items are on their way to you.

Cancelling an Order:

Sometimes things happen and you either need to change your order, or cancel it. And that’s what were here for, to help! Please contact us immediately by calling us local 1-848-468-3757. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9 AM.-5:30 PM EST. Once we have processed, packed, and shipped your order we will be unable to make any changes regarding your order.
